How to reserve our Meeting Room?
Every member has access for free to the meeting room. Here are the simple steps for booking: 1. Select the date and time desired. 2. Double click on it to open the reservation pane. 3. Click the "Internal Use" icon on top (to avoid being charged) 4. WRITE YOUR NAME on the BOOKING TITLE FIELD 5. Hit confirm. |
How to fax:
1) go to: www.hellofax.com from any device
2) enter username [email protected] and password: iwantotoworkhere!
Once in, upload the file you want to fax (A), Enter recipient's fax number and your email address (B). click send.
if you need to delete your fax afterwards, go to C, find your fax and choose delete from the drop-down menu.
if you need assistance feel free to ask.

We have two printers located in the hall;
a black and white laser printer (Brother2270) and a color ink jet printer (HPPro477DW. If your computer can't find them, you can download the drivers below.

We are still offering free printing. However, color ink is expensive. Please consider using the laser printer as your default printer unless you need color.
