What we want to share about our coworking space:
Photo of entrance
We are a local family with four young children. My husband (a former remote employee) had been coworking in what was known as the West Seattle Office Junction for 4 years. He loved having a dedicated workspace that allowed him to focus on work so he could enjoy his time at home with the family after work. We took over the former coworking business in 2017 because we believe in the need for a space to separate work from family life. We offer a space where remote workers and solopreneurs can mingle and share resources without having to commute or pay crazy rental prices.

In 2021 we decided to bring this beautiful resource to the Seattle Southside community so that residents of Burien, Des Moines, Kent, Normandy Park, Renton, and SeaTac could enjoy the benefits of coworking. Our member base is very diverse. You will find the following careers in our group: lawyers, accountants, architects, engineers, small business owners, students, remote employees, writers, social workers, and many, many other occupations. Some of our members work here because they need to separate home and work life or because they are not productive at home. For others, the coffee shop life does not cut it. Some come because they enjoy the fellowship of other neighborhood professionals. In fact, many make friends with whom they can spend their free time. The vast majority is looking for a place to be highly productive, without distractions and without the cost and burden of leasing an office. Whatever your situation is, there is a place for you here in our shared office space.

What our members say about coworking here:

I love Coworking because I’ll complete in four hours what would take two days at home. Also, I enjoy the impromptu conversations that occur throughout the day. Oh, and lunch - there are other people around for lunch – after ten years of working from home, that’s a revelation.' Eric

I love coworking because of the people and the setting. Getting away from household chores and discussing my goals and projects with others keeps me from procrastinating and/or going stir crazy instead of working on them. Coworking is at the same time more socially fulfilling and less distracting than working in a coffee shop.
Sam

Seriously a life saver. This place is awesome - The people are awesome. I have done a couple workshops at this location and have spent many hours building my first company... They are fantastic people - affordable rates - I'm thankful they are in my community! David

I’ve been enjoying my Wednesday mornings in the office a few times a month. It’s been a nice place to get work done and meet new people. Jill

Over the last year, I started having a hard time staying focused on work at home. Some days I would hardly be productive and this in itself was costing me a lot. To help improve my work habits, I decided to give the Office Junction a try. I'm able to focus on my work and my productivity has shot through the roof. Everyone here is friendly, but mindful of my need to get work done and focus. There's two different sides of the Office Junction: one area for people that are more social and the other area for people who need to plug in their earbuds and focus on work uninterrupted. The space is clean and well furnished. Charlie

I've enjoyed working here and being around such wonderful people. Paul
